Return Policy
We want you to love your Kron watch. Every piece is designed in London and made to be worn every day, so we keep returns simple, fair and honest. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.
60-Day Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you have 60 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund. That's our own promise to you, and it's far more generous than the law requires.
This 60-day window is in addition to your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (as updated). In other words, your legal rights stay fully intact, and we simply give you a much longer window on top of them.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your watch needs to come back to us in its original, resaleable condition. Please make sure it is:
- Unworn and undamaged, with no signs of wear, scratches or sizing adjustments.
- In its original packaging, including the watch box.
- Complete with all accessories, including the warranty card and any extra links or items that came with it.
Items returned worn, damaged or incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.
Faulty, Defective or Damaged on Arrival
In the rare event that your watch arrives faulty, defective or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery. We'll make it right straight away:
- Kron pays the return shipping — you won't be out of pocket.
- You'll receive a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
Just email hello@kronwatches.co.uk with your order number and a quick photo or description of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.
Exchanges
Prefer a different model or colour? You're welcome to exchange your watch within the 60-day window, subject to availability. If the piece you'd like is in stock, we'll arrange the swap. If there's any price difference, we'll let you know before we proceed.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel can be followed all the way back to us — until it reaches us safely, it remains your responsibility.
For faulty or damaged items, Kron covers the return shipping in full.
No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. The price you paid for the watch is refunded in full once your return is approved.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy:
- Email us at hello@kronwatches.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our London-based customer care team will reply in English, on UK time, with simple return instructions and the address to send your watch to.
- Pack your watch securely in its original packaging and send it back using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note that after we process the refund, your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
