Every Kron is shipped from our fulfilment partner with full tracking and customs handled for you.

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within around 3 business days, with a tracking link emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs & duties

Customs and duties are included on all international orders. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking goes quiet for more than 5 business days, write to support@kronwatches.co.uk and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.

Every Kron ships in a Kron presentation box inside a neutral outer carton — discreet, gift-ready, and protected.
