Welcome to Kron

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules for using our website and for buying from Kron (also known as Kron Watches) at kronwatches.co.uk. We design genuinely good men's watches in London and sell them at an honest price — typically around £69–£99 — and ship them worldwide. Our studio, quality control and customer care are all based in London, and we reply in English, on UK time.

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Definitions

"We", "us", "our", "Kron" means [Registered company name], the business behind kronwatches.co.uk.
"You", "your" means the person browsing the site or placing an order.
"Site" means the website at kronwatches.co.uk.
"Products" means the watches and any other items we offer for sale.
"Order" means your request to buy Products through the Site.

Orders and order acceptance

When you place an Order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it, but this does not mean your Order is accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your Products. We may decline or cancel an Order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and are displayed in the currency for your market. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect Orders we have already accepted. We take care to price everything accurately; if an obvious error appears, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments (including major debit and credit cards) and PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout, and your Order is processed once payment is authorised. Our prices include free worldwide delivery with customs and duties included — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Shipping and delivery

We dispatch Orders within around 3 business days, and email your tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. Typical delivery times are: UK 2–4, EU 4–7, US and Canada 5–8, and rest of world 5–10 business days. Delivery is free worldwide with customs and duties already covered. Returns, refunds and cancellation

We want you to love your watch. We offer 60-day returns if you change your mind — this is in addition to your statutory right under UK law to cancel within 14 days of receiving your Order. Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Warranty

Every Kron watch comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our cases are stainless steel and our movements are mostly reliable Japanese quartz, with a few automatics. The warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults; it does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated rating, or unauthorised repairs. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we will put it right.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Kron name, logo, designs, product photography, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you must not attempt to interfere with the Site's security, introduce harmful code, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your Order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, our Products, or the law. The version published on this page at the time you place an Order is the one that applies to that Order. Please check back before ordering so you are happy with the current Terms.
