About the watches

What movements do Kron watches use?
Most of our quartz models use precision Japanese-style quartz movements. Our automatic models — including the Skeleton, Spine and Steeldive Collection (Demon, N948, Ghosts of the Sea) — use the trusted Seiko NH36 self-winding movement.

Are Kron watches waterproof?
All Kron quartz watches are rated to 3 ATM, suitable for splashes and rain. The Whitehall is rated to 5 ATM, suitable for brief immersion. The Steeldive Collection is rated to 10 ATM, suitable for swimming and snorkelling.

What case material is used?
Every Kron is built with a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel case and bracelet — the industry standard for hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant timepieces.

What size is the watch?
Our standard cases run between 38–42mm depending on model. Each product page lists the specific dimensions.

Can the bracelet be adjusted?
Yes. Every Kron ships with a watch adjustment tool and instructions. Most owners size their bracelet at home in under five minutes.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Customs and duties are included on international orders.

How long does delivery take?
UK: 2–4 business days. Europe: 4–7 business days. Rest of world: 5–10 business days.

Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. Every Kron ships in a Kron presentation box, inside a neutral outer carton.

Warranty & returns

What's the warranty?
Every Kron is covered by a 90-day movement warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I return a watch?
Yes. We offer a 60-day return window for unworn watches in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process.
