If a Kron watch isn't right for you, return it within 60 days for a full refund.

60-day returns

• The watch must be unworn and in original packaging
• The watch adjustment tool, care card and presentation box must be included
• The 60 days run from the date of delivery

How to return

1. Email hello@kronwatches.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll send you a returns address and a label (where applicable)
3. Once we receive the watch and confirm condition, your refund is issued within 5 business days

Exchanges

If you'd like a different colourway or model, let us know in the same email. We'll guide you through the swap.

90-day warranty

Every Kron is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement. If anything goes wrong, write to us and we'll repair or replace it.
