Refund policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made on kronwatches.co.uk. By placing an order with Kron Watches you agree to the terms below.

14-Day Right to Cancel

You may return any new, unused product in its original packaging within 14 days from the date you receive your order. This window matches your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as updated by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition as received
  • Inside the original Kron packaging, with all tags, manuals, warranty cards and accessories
  • Free of damage, scratches, fragrance, or any sign of use

Items showing wear or sized incorrectly after wear cannot be refunded.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your watch arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we cover everything: the return shipping is paid by Kron and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. Please email support@kronwatches.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different model are accepted within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. Contact support@kronwatches.co.uk to arrange.

Return Shipping (Non-Defective Items)

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — Kron is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Restocking Fees

None. We never charge a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@kronwatches.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the watch in its original box and ship it back via a tracked service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to display the refund on your statement.
