Kron Watches is built on quality, considered design, and fair pricing. To deliver this, we work with trusted manufacturers and partners worldwide — and we cover the cost of shipping for every order. Free worldwide shipping is included on every purchase.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, your watch may arrive sooner; in others, it may take slightly longer, depending on the carrier.

You will receive a tracking number by email within 3 business days of your order, so you can follow your watch from our warehouse to your door.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All customs and import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no surprise fees, no taxes to settle on delivery, and no additional charges from your local carrier. The price you see is the price you pay.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order during the estimated delivery window. Carriers will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be held at the nearest local depot or post office for collection. In that case, the recipient should collect the parcel as soon as possible to avoid it being returned to sender.

If the delivery address is filled in incorrectly or incompletely, the parcel may be returned to us by the carrier without further delivery attempts. To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
